About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including the maintenance of apartments, common areas, and building exteriors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative and reactive works
  • Oversee the work of external contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and external partners
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure high asset quality and presentation
  • Assist with the development of service contract scopes and tender processes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance department
  • Understanding of OH&S principles and chemical handling
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
