**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Department. This role will involve leading a team to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
  • Embed the General Capabilities and Cross Curricular Priorities into the curriculum to equip our students to build knowledge, skills, behaviours and dispositions to live and work successfully.

**Requirements:**

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team and developing educational programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions is also required.
