Lead Early Learning Expert
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director. In this key role, you will provide high-quality early learning and care to our children, working closely with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of centre operations.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Skillful Leadership">
You will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children. This includes mentoring and developing capabilities within the centre team, managing centre operations in the Centre Director's absence, and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide.
">Talent Development">You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and retaining talent within the centre team, ensuring that all staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
">Operational Excellence">In collaboration with the Centre Director, you will ensure that centre operations are run efficiently and effectively, providing a safe and engaging environment for children and families.
">Practice Improvement">You will lead the implementation of the Goodstart Practice Guide, driving continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operations and ensuring that we maintain our commitment to excellence in early learning and care.
