Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing daily support to the sales team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

They will also be proficient in Microsoft applications and have knowledge of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the sales site
  • Be the face and heart of the business through interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage premium inventory levels, audit and review weekly reports
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Record accurate information related to guest flow, booking numbers and team details
  • Balance administrative duties including data entry, reporting and ad-hoc tasks
  • Comply with cash handling and transaction procedures
Requirements:
  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • Strong customer service values and focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Availability to work across weekends, public holidays and school holidays
