Job Title: Community Lifestyle Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Lifestyle Manager. This role is responsible for creating a positive and healthy work environment by managing recreation and fitness facilities, driving health strategies, and coordinating community activities.

This position involves working closely with superintendents, camp managers, and site services staff to promote social interactions, well-being, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and facilitation skills to encourage cultural change among employees and management.

About the Role
  • Manage recreation and fitness facilities to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for employees;
  • Develop and implement health strategies to promote well-being and reduce risks;
  • Coordinate community activities, events, and programs to foster social connections and teamwork;
  • Promote healthy eating options and support employees in making informed food choices;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address employee needs and concerns;
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as event management, nutrition, or a related discipline;
  • Extensive experience in similar roles, preferably in a mining or related industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to engage with diverse groups;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives;
