Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include:
- Ensuring quality homes are built on time and to budget
- Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Responding to client queries within required timeframes
- Organising the inspection of completed work to ensure it meets Australian and company standards
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focussed, driven and motivated
- A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Supervisory experience and three to five years of background experience within the building industry is preferred but not essential. Construction trade qualifications (or equivalent) will be viewed favourably.
