Job Summary


BESIX Watpac is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.


Main Responsibilities



  • Drive and implement company safety policies and practices to maintain a safe work environment
  • Organise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring timely access to materials and equipment
  • Monitor and report on site activities, identifying potential delays, safety issues, or industrial unrest
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to allocate site staff and resources, ensuring project timelines are met
  • Review and revise the construction programme as necessary to achieve project completion dates
  • Implement and enforce company policies on safety, industrial relations, and quality assurance
  • Ensure quality and compliance with standards and contract documents

Requirements


The successful candidate will possess:



  • A degree or diploma in building or construction, or a related field
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, using initiative and sound decision-making skills
  • High-level professionalism, maturity, and candour in daily work ethic
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to complex problems
