Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement safe and environmentally acceptable working methods and practices.
  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Construction Manager role, preferably in the water infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • Strong safety and environmental management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
