About the Position

This opportunity enables a skilled finance partner to contribute significantly to the organisation's strategic objectives and provide expert financial support across departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with project managers and business units, offering a customer-focused finance service that delivers practical solutions and improved practices.
  • Provide financial advice and analysis to support the development of the Council's Capital Works Program, monitor progress and ensure timely reporting.
  • Undertake complex financial analysis for major projects, supporting strategic evaluations as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in capital works, assets, or business partnering within a large-scale organisation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with technology systems highly regarded.
