Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROJECT MANAGERS AND BUSINESS UNITS, OFFERING A CUSTOMER-FOCUSED FINANCE SERVICE.
  • PROVIDE ADVICE AND ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITAL WORKS PROGRAMMES.
  • MONITOR DELIVERY AND ENSURE ALL MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
Requirements
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CAPITAL WORKS, ASSETS, OR BUSINESS PARTNERING WITHIN A LARGE-SCALE ORGANISATION IS ESSENTIAL.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
  • CA/CPA QUALIFICATION OR WORKING TOWARDS IS EXPECTED.
