  Job Description
  
  The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and budgets.
  • Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Process improvement initiatives.
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards them).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a finance context.
  • Proven ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the media and agency industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
