Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Job Summary:

Evolve Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely completion of works. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate project activities, including leading a team of workers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and implement company processes and procedures accordingly.
  • Program works 1 to 2 weeks ahead for effective project planning.
  • Organise subcontractors and site teams in a productive and efficient manner.
  • Possess engineering expertise in pavements, road infrastructure (e.g., storm-water, pits, and K&G).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in civil construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in programming works and planning ahead.
  • Strong understanding of engineering details for road infrastructure.
  • Thorough knowledge of OHS regulations and the ability to implement safety protocols.
