Job Title

The Employment Consultant role we have available is based in our Disability Employment program. This program supports clients with a disability, navigate the world of employment.

As an Employment Consultant, you will work in conjunction with other members of your team, each fulfilling an important part in supporting clients day-to-day as they navigate life finding employment and being employed.

  • Promote the benefits of sustainable employment
  • Reverse market to employers for successful job placements
  • Deliver training sessions on job readiness
  • Provide ongoing support and job placement services
  • Drive community engagement and employer relationships

You will also be required to complete administrative tasks to document client progress in line with reports.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident with technology, administration, and time management, while also being genuinely passionate about community connection and helping others achieve their goals.

  • Disability or direct support work experience (including complex or essential services)
  • Personal, family, or lived experience of disability
  • Administration, recruitment, or human services experience with a passion for the disability sector

  • Support clients with disabilities to access and navigate employment services
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers, and community partners
  • Provide high-quality administrative support and manage time effectively
  • Contribute to meaningful community connections and employment opportunities
