Structural Associate Position

The Structural Engineering team at our firm is known for its exceptional track record in designing innovative and sustainable structural solutions that minimize the use of natural resources. This opportunity allows an experienced Structural Associate to join our Newcastle office and play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of pioneering structural solutions to technically challenging projects locally and internationally.

As a highly respected chartered engineer, you will lead a team of expert engineers and technicians, working closely with colleagues from various disciplines to manage the delivery of profitable projects globally. You will develop new and nurture existing client relationships, maximizing satisfaction and ensuring repeat business continues.

Your exceptional project management skills, accredited degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and significant portfolio of technical and leadership experience are essential for this role. You must possess a passion for creative, innovative, and low-carbon design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
