Senior Consultant: Dynamics 365 F&O Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team and drive success with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to shape the solution story from early-stage discovery through to executive presentations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions that align with client needs, and clearly articulate the value of Dynamics 365 in solving real business problems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to uncover business goals and pain points.
  2. Design bespoke D365 F&O solutions that meet client requirements and delivery capabilities.
  3. Develop comprehensive solution proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
  4. Establish cost models covering licensing, services, and support.
  5. Act as the solution authority across the project lifecycle, collaborating with delivery teams.
  6. Deliver product demonstrations that focus on business value, not just features.
  7. Contribute to account strategy and help shape long-term roadmaps for clients.

Qualifications:

  1. 8–10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).
  2. Strong presales background, leading scoping sessions, building proposals, and presenting to executives.
  3. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end ERP programs, ideally in complex or global environments.
  4. Sound understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem – Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, D365 CE.
  5. Confident communicator who can engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  6. Ability to model solutions, estimate effort, and clearly explain ROI.
  7. A consultative approach, enjoying helping clients see what's possible.
