About the Role

The Senior Cloud Transformation Expert will play a crucial role in helping our customers align their technology strategies with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on cloud transformation journeys, focusing on HashiCorp product suite implementation.
  • Assist clients in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
  • Contribute to building multi-cloud adoption frameworks.
  • Articulate and redefine cloud consumption models related to HashiCorp workflows.
  • Support Enterprise CxOs in articulating business value achieved through correct cloud consumption models.
  • Help increase developer velocity while satisfying governance, risk & controls objectives.
  • Communicate the business value of the HashiCorp product suite to customer executives.
  • Explain technical functionality of HashiCorp products to various audiences.
  • Educate client users on how HashiCorp tools can simplify adoption of the Cloud Operating Model.
  • Coordinate HashiCorp professional services resources for specific customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
  • Cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and practical security methodology expertise.
  • Working proficiency with one or more HashiCorp product suite tools.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for shared services.
  • Able to work well in group environments and independently.
  • Proven track record of assisting with or driving cloud transformation at one or more organizations.
  • Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, common technical platforms, and shared service management at scale.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
