Cloud Transformation Expert

As a seasoned professional in Oracle ERP Cloud transformations, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful implementation. You will work closely with clients to develop and execute comprehensive business cases, migration strategies, and multi-year journey maps that address business process transformation, organization change management, and technical requirements.

  • Develop and present business cases for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, incorporating financial and non-financial benefits, as well as required investments.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assess client needs and design tailored cloud migration strategies, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of cloud operating models, ensuring seamless integration of processes, roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures.
  • Lead client discussions to identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions, leveraging your expertise in software development life cycles (SDLC) and program management tools.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development:
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of service offerings, staying at the forefront of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership on Oracle ERP Cloud transformations, capturing work products, insights, and intellectual property created during projects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging products, and technologies, actively updating your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate the ability to share expertise with colleagues and clients, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent, or four years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, including experience with global delivery models and ERP Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of business dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP Cloud and other products.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, industry-standard program management tools, and practices.
