Dynamic Produce Category Rotation

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as part of a rotational graduate program. This 18-month long experience will provide you with hands-on exposure in various produce categories, such as citrus and grapes, berries, avocados and bananas, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leading professionals across different farms and locations, allowing you to gain a wide range of skills and knowledge. The program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in a leadership role within our organization.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation and soil management. You will also be involved in setting up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilisers, pesticides and techniques.
In addition, you will monitor crop health and diagnose issues, collect and analyse data on crop performance and yield, and develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure that food products meet national and international standards, and conduct inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, or Science, with an interest in agriculture
- Valid driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Possession of own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances
- Ability to relocate and work in different sites during the program
