Event Staff Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Crew members. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to clients.

As an Event Crew member, you will be responsible for loading equipment onto vehicles while maintaining product quality, delivering and collecting allocated equipment, unloading and setting up equipment, including heavy lifting, completing post-event administration tasks and paperwork involved with the hire process, and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading equipment onto vehicles while maintaining product quality
  • Delivering and collecting allocated equipment
  • Unloading and setting up equipment, including heavy lifting
  • Completing post-event administration tasks and paperwork involved with the hire process
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
  • Bubbly, outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and well presented
  • Able to work autonomously and also be a team player
  • Well spoken, and able to communicate clearly with guests, other vendors, and venues
  • Work well independently and under pressure
  • Trustworthy and well presented
  • Good sense of humour and good time management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive in Sydney CBD
