We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our events team as Event Staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure in the events industry, meet people, make friends, and be trained by our professional photographers, all while earning money at the same time. Full training will be provided.

Position 1: Equipment Operations
  • Pick up and return equipment
  • Ensure equipment is safely loaded into the venue and set up on time
  • Set up photo booth equipment
  • Protect equipment from damage from external factors such as liquid spills, guests, and venue activity
  • Operate and maintain the operating condition of equipment throughout the event
  • Interact with, entertain guests, and create a fun environment in a friendly and professional manner
  • Possible patron control; calm patrons down to prevent equipment damage
  • Take quick videos for social media content
To Be Considered:
  • You must have a driver's license and own vehicle to transport equipment (preferred)
  • Be fit and able to lift up to 25kg
  • Be punctual and reliable (very important)
  • Have a safe mindset (very important) - preventing injuries, accidents, and equipment damage is the number 1 priority
  • Be outgoing and sociable to create a fun environment for guests
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be fluent in English
Additional Requirements:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen due to legal requirements
Position 2: Spark and Dry Ice Operations
  • Pick up and return equipment
