A dynamic and ambitious professional is sought to join our Investment Funds team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory matters, including investigations and litigation. They will also have experience in trustee governance and administration, remediation projects, superannuation fund transformation initiatives, and specialist advice work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regulatory investigations and litigation
- Providing expert advice on trustee governance and administration matters
- Overseeing remediation projects
- Driving superannuation fund transformation initiatives
- Offering specialist advice
- Coordinating successor fund transfers
Requirements for this challenging role include:
- 2-6 years' legal experience within a top-tier firm or a combination of top-tier and in-house experience
- Proven expertise in regulatory, licensing, governance, administration, distribution, restructuring, and/or investment matters associated with superannuation, funds management, and/or life insurance products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills
