Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Real Therapy Solutions. As a NDIS registered provider, we support clients with a variety of presentations, including literacy, speech and language disorders, social skills, and mealtime management. Our team is passionate about delivering person-centred, ethical interventions that improve the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with diverse needs and presentations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic therapy
- Participate in quarterly professional development and monthly coaching sessions
- Work from our modern clinic and the community with access to all necessary resources
