Position Overview

As a dedicated Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assisting children with diverse needs. Our organization, a registered NDIS provider, focuses on supporting clients facing challenges in literacy, speech, language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive guidance from your Clinical Supervisor, who will provide monthly supervision to enhance your professional development.
  • Participate in quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.
  • Engage in monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career aspirations.
  • Work in a modern clinic and in the community, equipped with all necessary resources.
  • Be paired with a buddy to support you during your induction and beyond.
  • Have the opportunity to observe seasoned clinicians from various disciplines during therapy sessions.

Qualifications

We seek individuals who are eager to learn and enhance their skills, committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients and their families. Ideal candidates will be supportive team players focused on person-centered, ethical interventions.

Requirements
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
  • A degree in Speech Pathology.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle.
  • A police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these prior to employment).
