About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Real Therapy Solutions. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with a range of speech and language disorders.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, including individual and group sessions, to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners, to provide holistic therapy services.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting positive outcomes and empowering them to take control of their therapy journey.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain.
  • A degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized university.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
