**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work with children and their families to provide support and guidance in child development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with children and their families to identify and achieve goals
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote child development
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to parents and caregivers on strategies for supporting child development
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor child progress

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • AHPRA registration or SPA registration or current Teachers Registration with the relevant State Education Authority or Bachelors Degree qualification in Social Work and full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
