Sports Development Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified professional to assist with our after-school programs at a brand-new site. The successful candidate will help deliver quality sports programs in gymnastics and other activities.
- Leading engaging and age-appropriate lessons for young children, focusing on basic skills, teamwork, and fun
- Ensuring the smooth operation of each class and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Providing instruction in gymnastics fundamentals, fitness, and sportsmanship
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, parents, and the community, and inspiring kids to build confidence through sports.
About You:
- Passionate about working with children and sports
- Thrives in a positive, energetic setting
- Current CPR and first aid certification
The following qualifications and attributes are essential for this role:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., physical education, sports science)
- Teaching or coaching experience, preferably in gymnastics or a similar sport
- Ability to work effectively with children aged 5-12
- Familiarity with child protection policies and procedures
