The Team

The Role

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a standardized project management system within the Portfolio Delivery department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless coordination between program and project management teams, guaranteeing adherence to EPO-established governance controls.

Main Objectives
  • Establish and implement a standardized project management framework for the Program and Project Managers.
  • Adhere to EPO-defined governance controls to ensure Program delivery and success.
  • Oversight of financial and reporting activities to guarantee accurate representation of resource and financial data.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Program Leads to develop budgets, secure investment approvals, and manage gate phases.
  • Evaluate capital approval, progress reporting, risk management, and governance requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Program Manager and Program Leads to create customized plans and reporting tools addressing organizational, program, and stakeholder needs.
  • Participate in governance meetings, support material preparation, and handle administrative duties.
  • Manage small-scale projects, promoting operational efficiency and driving team performance.
  • Promote Delivery Services best practices and methodologies throughout the Portfolio.
  • Engage in community forums and collaborate with PMO staff to enhance working methods.
  • Ensure effective project delivery by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and value drops.
