About the Role:

As a Delivery Program Lead at SAP, you will play a critical role in managing multiple projects within ANZ and ensuring program results are met. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee effective project oversight and project reviews, serve as a mentor to project managers on program issues, and reinforce enterprise knowledge management through the communication of program lessons learned and best practices development.

You will work closely with the ASC Management Team, CS&D Organization of the Market Units, and report to the Regional Engagement Head APJ, ASC. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of SAP solutions and consulting business processes and functions. Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills are also essential.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can drive project success and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
