Job Title: Employment Lawyer

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled employment lawyer to join a leading workplace relations practice in Melbourne. The role offers a diverse range of complex employment matters, with a strong emphasis on litigation, including before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience in employment law, ideally with exposure to industrial relations. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a solid understanding of the complexities of employment law are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of employment, discrimination, and industrial relations issues
  • Work alongside a highly respected team handling complex employment matters
  • Manage high-profile matters and provide tailored legal advice across various industries
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' PAE in employment law
