We are seeking experienced nurses to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

About This Role
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care to clients and their families
- Work as part of a specialised in-home palliative team
- Develop your expertise in Palliative care through strong clinical support
- Engage with various communities across Queensland, further enhancing your professional experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and symptom management
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification
- Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise and a person-centered care approach
- Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
