Master Data Management Strategist

A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead data governance initiatives, driving business value through data quality and trustworthiness. This pivotal role will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of critical business information across domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data quality rules, validation logic, and exception handling routines to enhance data integrity.
  • Lead root cause analysis and remediation of master data issues in collaboration with IT, business units, and Digital teams.
  • Support the rollout and optimization of data governance tools and frameworks, including metadata catalogues, data quality dashboards, and stewardship workflows.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Certification or formal training in SAP Master Data Management highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining SAP master data in a complex, multi-domain environment.
