Hotel Manager Opportunity in Melbourne

We are seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to oversee one of our apartment hotel buildings in Melbourne, Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual passionate about the hospitality industry.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of dedicated employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a small team of employees
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Managing finances and budgets
  • Coordinating with corporate office to achieve desired outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of property management in the service apartment/hotel sector, as well as experience in hospitality/building management.

They will demonstrate creativity, coaching-style leadership, and a willingness to support their team.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Hotel Management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of property management and hospitality industries
