Overview

Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr


The Opportunity

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio with full administration, business development, and team support—freeing you up to build strong relationships and deliver top-tier service from Rye to Safety Beach.


What You'll Be Working On
  • Build strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors
  • Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and manage maintenance
  • Ensure compliance and keep systems running smoothly
  • Lead by example and help improve our service delivery and operations

What Experience/Skills You'll Have
  • Proven experience in residential property management
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • A natural leader
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge or love of the local area
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
