AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Administrator to join their dynamic team in Sydney-West. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a modern, forward-thinking law firm that values close-knit relationships and mutual respect.

As a key member of the personal injury team, you will provide administrative support to the managing partner, assisting with general administration and personal injury law matters, including workers compensation, CTP/motor accidents, and total permanent disablement claims. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls, as well as meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Organizing meetings, diaries, and attending to mail;
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, and insurers;
  • Typing correspondence, forms, and court documents;
  • Preparing briefs for barristers;
  • Filing and general administration.

You will thrive in this role if you have a minimum of 12 months' experience in legal administration or secretarial work in a law firm. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are organized, can meet deadlines, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

In return for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000-$95,000 per annum, reflecting the firm's commitment to providing a fair and attractive compensation package.
