About the Role

You will assume overall responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, monitoring project timelines, guaranteeing adherence to safety regulations, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and maintaining quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project schedules and resources effectively.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence.

You will be responsible for project delivery, site management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. A background in construction or a related field is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to think critically and make sound decisions, and a proven track record of success in a similar position.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong project management skills with experience in delivering commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new builds.
  • A trade background with knowledge of on-site processes and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of WHS standards and compliance, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
  • The ability to think on your feet and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using project tools like Procore or similar.
