About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Chabre IT Services. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and identifying, specifying, and analyzing business and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Meetings: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Business and System Requirements Analysis: Identify, specify, and analyze business and system requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Product Backlog Management: Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are properly prioritized and estimated.
  • Development Team Collaboration: Participate actively in development team meetings and support Business representatives in presenting their needs.
  • Project Collaboration: Cooperate with other product teams, technical teams, Business representatives, and PMO as part of project work.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Create and present reports, recommendations, and product development plans (roadmaps) to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Independent Analysis: Ability to conduct independent business and system analysis.
  • Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing the product backlog.
  • Requirements Knowledge: Knowledge of source data analysis techniques, estimation, prioritization, and description of requirements.
  • IT Tools: Knowledge of IT tools for business and system analysis.
  • BPMN and UML: Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage a project in both agile and traditional approaches.
  • Additional Asset: General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure is an additional asset.
