Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and specify functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Reconcile conflicting requirements from various sources to uncover the true business needs behind user requests.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in analysis with knowledge of structured techniques and adherence to standards.
  • Proven ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware, software, operations, and network infrastructures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
