Seasonal Concierge Team Member OpportunityAt our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.This is a seasonal casual role that offers a great opportunity to be part of the festive atmosphere across our destinations. As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments for our customers.Festive Duties
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs
  • Provide directions, information and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services
Requirements
  • You will always go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
  • You feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
  • You are available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
