Job Title: Self Employment Assistance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to deliver a comprehensive training and mentoring program as part of the Self Employment Assistance initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To implement marketing and networking strategies to engage potential participants and support them in achieving their business goals.
  • To assess applicants and determine their suitability for the program, providing personalized coaching and guidance throughout the process.
  • To assist participants in developing a detailed business plan that meets government and industry standards.
  • To provide ongoing support and motivation to participants, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • To monitor the financial viability of businesses and implement action plans where required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • To complete all relevant documentation and administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of small business management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
