About the Position

We are seeking a qualified educator to inspire nursing students by showcasing their teaching skills and providing them with current standard industry practices.

Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain a positive learning environment and undertake assessment of student performance in accordance with the requirements of the relevant curriculum/training package.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment in accordance with the National VET Regulator including the requirements of moderation and validation of assessment.
  • Maintain industry currency to ensure our students are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide formative and summative feedback to students.
  • Facilitate Practical and Simulation Labs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree (or equivalent) or higher
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Understanding of ASQA/ANMAC regulatory guidelines and standards
