Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert technical assistance to sales staff and clients. This encompasses delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and offering guidance on the optimal application of company products to satisfy customer needs.

  • Offer technical expertise through in-person consultations and written correspondence.
  • Evaluate potential applications of our solutions and develop detailed product specifications tailored to customer requirements.
  • Design and implement comprehensive plans for complex projects, including the creation of detailed design and implementation specifications.
  • Develop mini-applications or prototypes based on client feedback to demonstrate feasibility and potential benefits.

This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to assess and address complex technical challenges. A deep understanding of storage technology solutions, data management systems, and vendor ecosystems is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized storage solutions that meet unique customer needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and discussions that effectively communicate the value proposition of our storage offerings.
  • Architect on-premise and hybrid storage systems, leveraging knowledge of NAS, SAN, and Object Storage technologies.
  • Develop robust storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Provide insights into the latest trends and developments within the Storage and Data Management ecosystem.
  • Partner with client executives and sales teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
