With 71 beds, three floors, lift access, and an underground car parking, our facility provides a comfortable setting for residents and employees alike.

About the Position

The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of person-centered leisure and lifestyle programs in our homes.

You will manage a team of recreational activity officers responsible for promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through person-centered recreational activities that foster holistic well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all Recreational Activities Officers with excellent leadership skills
  • Providing residents with high-quality care and actively supporting them to maintain their skill levels, independence, and mobility
  • Collaborating with other team members to effectively plan and organize all recreational activity programs
  • Ensuring individual resident's needs, values, spiritual, and cultural preferences are taken into account when providing recreational care
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience gained in a similar role
  • Previous experience in caring for the elderly within an aged or community care setting
  • The ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
