Role Overview

This key position is pivotal in enhancing lives, enabling individuals to thrive. As a Behavioural Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across various environments, including home, school, and community settings. You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs to inform BSP development.
  • Develop and implement BSPs aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
  • Work effectively with clients, families, and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
