About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, providing them with support and enabling them to live independently.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent and be passionate about delivering high-quality care services. You will need to be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and domestic assistance
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Comprehensive insurance and a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
