About the Role
  • Provide assistance and support to clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Offer transportation assistance and respite care to clients and their families, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a Certificate 3 in individual support or higher qualification. Relevant experience working with people with disabilities, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the NDIS and its guidelines are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Living Activities
  • Assist clients with eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming, promoting independence and self-care.
  • Support clients with medication administration, ensuring accurate dosage and scheduling.
Transportation and Respite Care
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation to clients, accommodating their schedules and needs.
  • Offer respite care to clients and their families, providing much-needed relief and relaxation.
