About the Role

You will be fully accountable for overseeing the night-fill department. This involves ensuring deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and excellent store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

About You and Your Skills

We're looking for someone with:

  • Flexibility to work evening hours
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management
