About the Role

The Clean Energy Regulator is seeking a skilled Compliance Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance and Enforcement Section, you will play a critical role in supporting compliance activities across our schemes and contributing to more robust, effective business administration.

Key responsibilities include conducting investigations into serious non-compliance and fraud, delivering agreed compliance outcomes, and providing guidance and support to operational teams. You will also develop and deliver compliance and engagement programs to prevent, detect, and address serious non-compliance across schemes administrated by the agency.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and investigative techniques, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and establish productive working relationships with agency staff and counterparts in other agencies.

Qualifications and experience in a related field, such as investigations or compliance, would be highly regarded. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for regulatory compliance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
