The role of Relationship Manager involves collaborating with a Relationship Director and additional support staff to achieve the company's distribution strategy.
This includes assisting with lending strategy, credit analytics, and servicing, as well as actively managing new deals throughout the lending process in various sectors.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for supporting sales and growth targets while providing exceptional client service to our core client base.
Your key accountabilities will include helping build client relationships to assist with their overall lending needs, managing each transaction from application to settlement, and implementing and maintaining a client retention strategy.
You will also work alongside administrative support staff and provide mentoring and coaching as needed.
Furthermore, you will help manage relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging internal resources to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
In conjunction with clients' accountants, you will proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realize these objectives.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders is also crucial to ensure efficient progress of each transaction.
