About the Role

As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing calls and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate team member;
  • Resolving general enquiries efficiently and professionally;
  • Following up with members, suppliers, and assessors to obtain outstanding claim documentation;
  • Updating claim notes and managing documentation;
  • Providing administrative support to the claims team as needed;
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Attributes

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
