As a seasoned procurement professional, you will drive IAG's procurement strategy, aligning it with commercial objectives and strategic priorities.

Your Role

This senior-level position offers the unique opportunity to shape high-impact procurement initiatives and oversee category planning, unlocking opportunities to optimize corporate spend and maximize value from key supplier relationships.

About You
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence, facilitate and participate in cross-functional teams, as well as provide leadership and mentorship across the procurement function.
  • Commercial Acumen: Advanced understanding of category management and external supplier market trends, preferably within a Financial Services environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional commercial negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive change.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing and/or supplier relationship management within a corporate context.

You will collaborate with internal teams to proactively address business needs and monitor supplier performance, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing procurement strategies that align with commercial objectives and strategic priorities.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Providing expert advice and guidance on procurement best practices and industry trends.
